Hi! My name is Tony Gambino. I'm a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (RPCV). I taught school from 1979-1982 in Zaire, now the Democratic Republic of the Congo. I've worked on international issues pretty much ever since. I think there needs to be a lot more support to help poor people overseas - and that those of us who are part of the Peace Corps community should help lead this. Talking about how we can do that is the purpose of this blog.

Hi Tony,
I'm working on a project at Stanford together with Global Giving, and we're designing a widget to help promote the Global Giving - NPCA initiative.
I'd be interested in talking to you and hearing your thoughts on this. You can see what we're working at widgetbox.com/widget/gg-rpcv, and can e-mail me at ehberger, gmail.
